Our Method

SafeTrace follows a documented, consistent method for collecting, handling and reporting laboratory wipe samples. Each result is linked to its sampling record and original laboratory certificate, allowing clients to seek independent verification.

Independent by design.

SafeTrace does not carry out decontamination or remediation.

SafeTrace does not prepare or provide the scope of works for remediation on any property it tests or re-samples.

Where remediation is needed, the scope of works is prepared by an independent occupational hygienist engaged by the client.

This separation reduces conflicts of interest and the incentive to bias results. SafeTrace’s role is accurate sampling and reporting—not deciding whether a property passes or fails.
