Meth Contamination Testing for Landlords and Property Managers
Protect your asset, limit your liability, and get documented proof before or after every tenancy. Independent NATA accredited testing across Melbourne and Victoria wide.

01 / The risk
The landlord risk, stated plainly.
Under Victorian tenancy law, you have a duty to provide a habitable property. If contamination is found and you didn’t test, “I didn’t know” won’t protect you. A documented test before a new tenancy, or the moment you suspect a problem, is what protects you at VCAT, with insurers, and with incoming tenants.

02 / Pricing
Fixed pricing, decided before any work begins.
On-site screening tests from $400
Fixed price confirmed in writing before we start. No surprises, no add-ons once we’re on site.
Lab confirmation quoted separately
Only if your screen returns positive. You choose whether to proceed — the price is fixed and confirmed in writing first.
All prices indicative, final fixed price confirmed in writing before any work begins.
03 / Why it holds up
Evidence that protects you at VCAT, with insurers, and with tenants.
- NIOSH 9111 certified sampling method
- NATA accredited laboratory, VCAT defensible reports
- $20M public liability, $2M professional indemnity insured
- Discreet attendance, unmarked vehicle, no signage, tenants won’t know why we’re there
- We test only. We never decontaminate or clear our own work, so your report holds up

04 / How it works
Four steps, documented protection for your next lease.
- 01
Book online or call, we attend within days
Choose a time that suits you through the booking form or call us direct. We confirm the details and attend the property within days.
- 02
Discreet on-site screen, 60 to 90 minutes
Our technician attends in an unmarked vehicle with no signage, completes the NIOSH 9111 screen on site and explains the readings before leaving.
- 03
Most properties clear on the spot with a Screening Report
A clear screen gives you a documented Screening Report on the spot — exactly the baseline evidence you need before a new tenancy.
- 04
If positive, lab confirmation and an independent decon referral
If a screen returns positive, we arrange lab confirmation, refer you to an independent decontamination provider, then return to verify their work.
Testing between tenancies takes the guesswork out of every changeover. One test, one report, documented protection for your next lease.
