Meth Residue Testing Before You Buy

Know before you sign. Independent NATA accredited pre-purchase testing for homebuyers across Melbourne and Victoria wide.

Melbourne residential property with a for-sale sign, tested for meth residue before purchase

What a building inspection won’t tell you.

A standard building and pest inspection does not test for methamphetamine contamination. Residue from smoking or manufacturing settles into walls, carpets, and ventilation systems and can remain long after a property looks freshly renovated. Once you’ve settled, the cost of remediation and any health impact becomes yours, not the seller’s.

  2. 02

  3. 03

Most properties clear on the spot with a Screening Report

A clear screen gives you a documented Screening Report on the spot — the baseline evidence you need before you sign.

  4. 04
